About Us

As you can probably tell Simon and David are brothers!...  Simon always says he got the looks but for some strange reason not everyone agrees, particularly David!

Just over five years ago they decided to invest in property together.  It makes a change for them to agree on something!

They both have degrees. Simon (BSc Hons) University of Hertfordshire, and David (BSc Hons) University of Essex.

Whilst studying for their degrees they also tried to learn everything they could about Property Investing and Business, in their spare time. They discovered an opportunity for a Fast Property buying service, since the traditional way to sell Homes in the UK is very inefficient.

Once they left University they decided to set up business and their research has been proven correct due to the rapid success they have seen. They have never looked back since and their reputation as property buying experts is continuing to grow.

They both live with their long term girlfriends. David enjoys playing Football (he thinks he’s David Beckham!). Simon also enjoys football and spending time with their noisy Dog - Reggie!
